A new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) came into force on 25 May 2018. The GDPR concerns the way in which organisations like Factor Two Productions collect, handle and protect the personal data of those involved and interested in its work. All the data which we hold has come from you, for example by messaging us through our website or on Social Media or by signing up to our newsletter. In some circumstances it may come from publicly accessible sources.
What data do we hold?
The data we hold about each individual includes some or all of the following items:
Name, address, home and/or mobile telephone number and email address.
Payment or banking details, where this is necessary for ongoing business.
How do we use your data?
We maintain personal data to enable us to send you newsletters, details of events and other communications relevant to our business.

Our director, Wil Treasure.
How long do we keep personal data?
Email correspondence will be kept for 1 year from the date of receipt, except in certain circumstances where there is journalistic interest in maintaining a record.
Your data rights
